LeighAnn Luce is a Senior Cyber Research Scientist at Peraton Labs, where she works to protect mission-critical systems and national cyber infrastructure through a broad range of initiatives in computer network defense, secure-by-design techniques and cyber operations and experimentation platforms. Prior to Peraton Labs, LeighAnn worked at Palantir Technologies for nearly four years. Before that, she worked for eight years at DGI's CIRA, which later became SOSi's Special Programs Division where she was a Senior Developer and Chinese Linguist. LeighAnn's publications and independent research focus on civilian military integration in the PRC defense industry, particularly involving electronics and IT, as well as the PRC RD&A process for cyber capabilities and enabling technologies. LeighAnn enjoys finding creative solutions to overcome knowledge and data gaps to further research, analysis, and technical assessments.
