Diane Honda serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Barracuda Networks. Diane oversees Barracuda’s global legal, compliance, risk management, and human resource functions. Since taking Barracuda public in 2012, she has overseen ~$300M in acquisitions, and executed sales of the company to two leading private equity firms. She has been responsible for the strategy and operations of the company’s information security and data privacy programs. Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Hillman Group (NASDAQ: HLMN) and Lucidworks, Inc., with a focus on governance, cybersecurity, and human capital matters.
