Raices Cyber Org, Founded in August 2021 to address the diversity challenge of only 4% of the cyber workforce being of hispanic origin. In that time the organization has grown to over 15 chapters across the US and Canada, and has supported over 2000 Hispanics, Latinos, Latinas and LatinX in their journey into the field of cybersecurity through educational programs, networking, and employment opportunities. Raices Cyber is a community of excellence that will elevate the Latino community into excellence with 21st century skills and to achieve true equity in the world.
