LeighAnn Luce is an independent researcher as well as a Resident Cloud Architect at Google Public Sector. Prior to Google, LeighAnn was a Senior Cyber Research Scientist at Peraton Labs, where she worked to protect mission-critical systems and national cyber infrastructure through a broad range of initiatives in computer network defense, secure-by-design techniques and cyber operations and experimentation platforms. Prior to Peraton Labs, LeighAnn worked at Palantir Technologies for nearly four years. Before that, she worked for eight years at DGI's CIRA, which later became SOSi's Special Programs Division where she was a Senior Developer and Chinese Linguist. LeighAnn's publications and independent research focus on civilian military integration and RD&A process in the PRC defense industry, particularly involving electronics and IT, as well as PAI research and analysis methodologies. LeighAnn enjoys finding creative solutions to overcome knowledge and data gaps to further research, analysis, and technical assessments.
