Mr. Fracchia is the CEO of Black Mesa a company creating assurance and defending biomanufacturing workflows. He is the Chairman of the BIO-ISAC, an international non-profit organization that addresses threats unique to the bioeconomy. In 2021, DARPA named Charles to its ISAT study group to help anticipate and generate strategic surprise.
