Yes, there are discounted hotel rooms available. To book a hotel room, you first must be registered for the conference. Please visit the Passkey link in your registration confirmation email or log into your account to make a hotel reservation. Do not book directly with the hotel as you will not receive the discounted conference rate.

That's great! A kit for sponsors will be made available for sponsor use and promotion starting May, 22.

Sponsors are able to scan in front of their sponsor theater sessions which were purchased as a part of their sponsorship package. If a sponsor company has a speaker in a regular conference breakout session, they are not permitted to scan at the doors – this will be handled solely by mWISE staff, those scans are proprietary information and will not be shared.

Sponsors are welcome to host off-site parties on non-conference hours on Sunday evening and Monday evening after the Welcome Reception concludes.
