As a sponsor, you receive lead retrieval devices.
Should you wish to order additional devices, or customize any questions, please look to the pricing sheet and order details through Stova.
*Note, it may take up to 48 hours to have your account set up in the Stova portal. Should you have issue with log-in, please contact Stova directly.
Your devices can be picked up at the Exhibitor Service Desk located in the Expo Hall during the following dates/times:
- Sunday, September 17
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Monday, September 18
8:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday, September 19
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday, September 20
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
If you visit the lead retrieval Portal these included devices will automatically be selected. You will still have the option to add additional devices if required.

Add ROI to your lead scanning by creating qualifying questions. You can create custom questions in your Stova Lead Portal that will help qualify your leads. Once logged in to the Stova Lead Portal click the Survey tab and Create New Survey to begin creating your survey(s) you want to use. A user guide is available once you Create New Survey inside the Portal or can be accessed here.
