Transportation to the event venue is not provided. We recommend flying into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) which is about a 25 minute drive to the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Taxis or shared car services (Uber, Lyft) are in abundance from the airport.
Transportation will be provided to and from Tuesday evening’s dinner venue.
Hotel: We are pleased to cover hotel costs for you and your guest over the two event nights, Monday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 6—if this is within your organization's compliance policies. There will be space on the registration form to indicate if you cannot accept.
Invited attendees will be treated to a Monday evening reception and dinner; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday; and breakfast on Wednesday.
Your guest is invited to join our evening events:
- Monday evening’s welcome reception and dinner at the hotel.
- Tuesday evening’s offsite dinner.
This event is open to invited attendees and one guest over the age of 21. Due to the nature of this business meeting children are unfortunately not permitted.
Casual dress is appropriate for all meetings, meals, and events.
