Security practitioners at all levels should attend mWISE Conference 2024. You will hear about the latest security challenges and learn of ways to safeguard your organization. The mWISE Conference will also give you an opportunity to connect to your peers and reconnect with industry colleagues.

Yes, mWISE Conference will offer both in-person and online registration options. In-person pass prices start at $695 and online pass prices start at $195. See the Passes and Registration tab for pass options and pricing.

Yes, both in-person and online event attendees will have access to the recorded sessions on-demand after the event. Breakout session recordings will be available within 24 hours after the original session time.

Once you have registered, you will be asked if you would like to book a hotel. You can proceed to book at one of our three negotiated conference hotels. This year we have three hotel properties to select from. All three hotels are a very convenient walk to the convention center.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be served Wednesday and Thursday, and the Wednesday Welcome Reception will feature a generous selection of hors d’oeuvres. You will be able to indicate any special meal requirements through the registration process. Reminder: If you have an Expo+ badge or a sponsor booth badge, meals are not included, except for the Wednesday Welcome Reception in the Expo.

All events at the Conference will be business casual.

Registration

Registration will open mid-May with an Early Bird pass price of $695 available until July 3, 2024. Prices will increase starting July 4, 2024. See the Passes and Registration tab for pass options and pricing.

All cancellations or substitution requests must be made in writing by the original registrant and sent to mWISE.Conference@regsvc.com. Prior to the Conference, we offer:

  • Up to July 3, 100% refund
  • July 4 - August 12, 50% refund
  • August 13 and after, no refund

Non-attendance (in-person or online) will not be refunded. For cancellations received after the cut-off date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Refunds may take up to four (4) weeks to process.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and other travel reservations.

Yes. You must use your official work email when registering. We will be checking IDs at registration. If you registered as government, education, or media you will need to show an official ID.

Yes. In the registration path for the conference you can indicate that you need a visa letter. You must be registered and paid for the event before a Visa letter will be processed. It can take up to 24 hours for an event registration to be processed. Google Cloud processes most visa letter requests within three business days.

All conference attendees must have a valid conference pass. Any guests must register for a conference pass.

General Attendees can pick up badges during Registration Hours at the Colorado Convention Center:

The expo floor will be open as follows:

Yes, you can purchase the Expo+ pass. This pass includes access to all the content and activities on the Expo floor at mWISE, including keynote sessions, sponsor sessions and more. Attendees with this pass are also welcome to join the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening.

This pass does not include access to breakout sessions, meals or any mWISE Conference hosted offsite party.

Digital Conference

Online Conference registration includes access to all livestreamed keynotes and recorded breakout sessions which will be available approximately 24 hours after the live session date. You will be able to request appointments with sponsoring partners. You will have access to session content on-demand after the conference concludes.

The mWISE online event link will be published on the event website. You will be able to explore all activities including keynotes, breakouts, and exhibitors.

Yes, both in-person and digital event attendees will have access to the recorded sessions on-demand after the event. Sessions will stay online for viewing until December 20, 2024.

Yes, most keynotes will be online after the event. Recorded sessions will be available through December 20, 2024, and accessible via the mWISE Conference digital platform.

Health & Safety Measures

Your health is important to us and we are taking precautions to be safe when we gather. In addition, we are deeply committed to closely monitoring health trends and staying abreast of, and aligned to, the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Federal, state, and local governments.

Before traveling to mWISE Conference:

  • We encourage attendees to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters.
  • In addition we encourage attendees to self-test for COVID-19 in advance of traveling if feeling sick. If you test positive please remain home.

Onsite at mWISE Conference:

  • If you feel unwell while in Denver, please take a COVID-19 self-test and isolate as needed.
  • Masks are optional, feel free to wear one if that is your comfort level.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.
