Transportation to the event venue is not provided. We recommend flying into Nashville International Airport (BNA) which is about a 15 minute drive to the Four Seasons Nashville. Taxis or shared car services (Uber, Lyft) are in abundance from the airport.

Transportation will be provided to and from Tuesday evening’s dinner venue.

Hotel: While at mWISE CISO Summit we are happy to cover your hotel stay for the two event nights of Monday, August 14 and Tuesday, August 15th (if this is within your organization's compliance policies. There will be space on the registration form to indicate if you cannot accept).

You are welcome to extend your stay on the front or back end of the event at your own expense. Book your whole stay through our registration system and you will only be billed for nights outside of the 14th and 15th (unless you have indicated you need to pay for those nights as well).

Meals: Invited attendees receive Monday evening reception/dinner. Tuesday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Wednesday breakfast and lunch. Significant other/spouse are invited to Monday reception/dinner and Tuesday dinner.

Your spouse/significant other is welcome to join you for our two evening events:

• Monday welcome reception at the hotel
• Tuesday evening’s offsite dinner

This event is open to invited attendees and one guest over the age of 21. Due to the nature of this business meeting children are not allowed.

Casual dress is appropriate for all meetings and evening events.

In alignment with Google’s event health and safety policies, no proof of vaccination or testing is required for any invited attendees, guests and event staff.
